My Story
In 2019, I reached my highest weight of 350 pounds. I remember feeling trapped, unseen, and completely misunderstood. After years of struggle, I made a choice that changed everything — to take back control of my life.
Through bariatric surgery, consistent accountability, and a deep commitment to maintenance, I transformed not only my body but my entire mindset. What started as a physical change became a journey of rebuilding confidence, rediscovering self-worth, and creating true freedom. Today, I’m not just surviving — I’m thriving.
I’ve walked every stage of this process, from pre-op uncertainty to post-op adjustments and even the skin removal phase. That experience inspired my mission with Bariatric Coach Becky LLC — to provide support beyond the scale.
